Who I Work With

  • Adolescents and Teens

Adolescents and teenagers have a lot to figure out about themselves and the world they live in. During this developmentally challenging time, many crave the support of an approachable adult, and they aren’t always ready for that to be their parents. I hope to bridge this gap, by helping them build the skills they need to be emotionally-attuned adults. There is so much potential for long-lasting change when we get to work during this formative time.

  • 20 & 30 - Somethings

My post-graduate career began in Washington, D.C., working with college students, recent grads, and 20 and 30-somethings as they navigated the common challenges that surface in the defining decade: academic pressure, career establishment, changes to friendships and romantic relationships, early family planning, and individuation into adulthood. If this resonates with you, my hope is that our work together will help you build the confidence to construct the life you want.

  • The New Parent

My favorite thing about my work is the opportunity to grow as a therapist as my clients' needs change and evolve. As my clients entered into parenthood, I underwent perinatal mental health training, and began supporting parents through the unique challenges that accompany such new, important identities: Mom and Dad. If you're a new parent, I'd love to help you navigate the growing pains that so many face during this transition.
